Our website also collects standard technical data (browser type, pages visited, referring page) through privacy-respecting analytics used to understand how visitors use the site.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to inquiries, schedule and perform consultations and work, send estimates and invoices, and keep records required for warranty service. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone. We do not send marketing email lists — if you get an email from us, a person wrote it.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers necessary to run the business (e.g., scheduling and customer-management software, payment processing), each bound to protect it; or when required by law. Photographs of completed projects may be used in our portfolio only with your written permission, and never with your address or name attached.

Retention & your choices

We keep project records for the duration of applicable warranties (up to five years) plus any period required by law. You may request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (subject to records we must keep) by emailing hello@understorylandscape.com.
